Classic Cocktails

Martini

  • 3 oz dry gin
  • 1/2 oz dry vermouth

Shake with ice, strain into martini glass. Garnish with olive.

Tiki Drinks

Mai Tai

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1 oz gold rum
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 1 oz Maraschino syrup

Shake and pour over crushed ice
