Classic Cocktails
Black Opal
- 1 part vodka
- 1 part rum
- 1 part gin
- 1 part triple sec
- 1 part tequila
- 3 part sweet and sour mix
- 2 part 7-Up® soda
- 1 part blackberry liqueur
- 1 part Blue Curacao liqueur
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain into a small highball glass filled with ice, and serve. Garnish with a cherry and lemon wedge. Note: I usually put significantly less sweet and sour mix in than a bar recipe, and keep it similar to the alcohol volumes of 1 oz.
Tokyo Tea
- 1 part vodka
- 1 part rum
- 1 part gin
- 1 part triple sec
- 1 part tequila
- 1 oz Midori® melon liqueur
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake, strain into a small highball glass filled with ice, and serve.
Long Island Iced Tea
The mother of the two previous drinks ^_^
1 part vodka 1 part rum 1 part gin 1 part triple sec 1 part tequila
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix 1 splash Coca-Cola®
Mix ingredients together over ice in a glass. Pour into a shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into the glass and make sure there is a touch of fizz at the top. Garnish with lemon.
