:What can we do there? How does it rock? Why is your town better than anywhere else?
;Outline your tentative plans
:In recent years, this has become more firm than it used to be. If your bid is a rough idea of what you want to do, make sure that's well known so the a.g faithful don't try to hold you to everything as you've laid out. But you don't have a lot of time, so it's far better to go into this with a good idea that this is what you're going to do. Once you've got that, tell us what you want to do! This is the meat of your bid, make it good!

:This gets sent to the bullseye and is for c*b*l eyes only! We don't expect you to have firm numbers and we don't expect to hold you to this. We want to know that you're thinking of all the various aspects, from hotel and venue down to laminates and program printing.
