Marc Panchenko, posting as Marcus Pan and Papa Pan, did a good job of convincing people that he was a decent human being.
Unfortunately he was not, as we found out on July 6th, 2018 when Carrie Monster ran across this.
Panchenko served three years in prison on child pornography charges, starting in 2009.
On the 18th of April, 2018 he was charged with distribution of child pornography and possession of child pornography.
