Beverage Menu
Classic Cocktails
Martini
- 3 oz dry gin
- 1/2 oz dry vermouth
Shake with ice, strain into martini glass. Garnish with olive.

Manhattan
- 3 oz Canadian whiskey
- 1 oz sweet vermouth
- 1 drop Angostura bitters
shake with ice, strain into martini glass, garnish with Collins cocktail cherries.
Tiki Drinks
Hurricane
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 4 ounces dark rum
- 4 ounces passion fruit juice
- Crushed ice
- Orange slice
- 1 Maraschino Cherry
In a cocktail shaker, add lemon juice, rum, passion fruit syrup, and crushed ice; shake vigorously for 1 to 2 minutes and then strain into a tall glass or hurricane glass. Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
Mai Tai
- 2 oz white rum
- 1 oz gold rum
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1 oz Cointreau
- 1 oz Maraschino syrup
Shake and pour over crushed ice
Zombie
- 1 oz Apricot Brandy (key ingredient here)
- 1 oz light rum
- 1 oz dark rum
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz lime juice
- couple dashes grenadine
- orange juice
- 1 oz 151 rum
In a cocktail shaker, mix light & dark rums and brandy. Add lemon and lime juice and dashes grenadine. Shake well and strain into a higball glass filled with ice. Fill glass with orange juice leaving room to float 1 oz of 151. Garnish with cherry, orange slice, pinapple wedge.
