Also, since there is an official legal entity that owns various service marks related to Convergence and the the event itself as an ongoing entity, we'll want to set up a boilerplate contract granting the interim LLCs license to use the marks and associated other properties owned by The Cabal LLC for the purposes of conducting the event. --Hellsop 15:54, 31 July 2009 (UTC)
