Is 2-3 people per room average about right for filling rooms? Looking for input as to number of attendees overall versus number of rooms sold. Perhaps we should allow people planning to put together a bid by listing which C they're bidding for, what city, and recording a date, then ask them to come back every 90 days or so and update the date so we know they're still thinking about bidding? --Hellsop 18:21, 23 June 2012 (UTC)
