Bella Morte are a deathrock band from Charlottesville, VA who are best known for their energetic live shows. They are responsible for the first mosh pit ever to happen at a Convergence; when they headlined the Friday night events at Convergence VIIU in Montreal, QC in 2002.

Since that date they have also played at Convergence XII in New Orleans, LA in 2006. They were part of the unofficial Divergence event at Convergence IX in Las Vegas, NV in 2003. Band member Andy Deane was also on the official DJ roster for Convergence IX and was a show-stopper at the karaoke competition with his version of the Spice Girl's If You Want To Be My Lover.

They have also perfomed at the 2007 Blacksun Festival, Gothstock, the Eccentrik Festival, Wave-Gotik-Treffen and Whitby Goth Weekend.
