Black Tape For a Blue Girl is an ethereal darkwave band originally from Chicago,IL but currently based in NYC. The band was founded by Sam Rosenthal and Lisa Feuer. In 1983 Sam Rosenthal founded Projekt Records which now provides a home for dozens of ambient, darkwave and ethereal artists.

Black Tape For a Blue Girl perfomed at Convergence X in Chicago,IL in 2002. As Projekt Records flagship band, they also perform regularily at Projektfest.
