Goth Court is an entirely arbitrary and therefore entirely fair gathering of goths in order to try one of their peers. When a Goth Court is called, with its summary cry of "What doe we want?" "Justice!" "When do we want it?" "Now!", complainants are invited to appear before the court to detail the crimes of other goths. The accused is given the opportunity to protest and then the court then takes a vote on whether or not they are guilty. Sometimes a Goth Court may use a Wheel of Justice in order to ensure the provision of a fair sentence. The activities of any goth may fall under the jurisdiction of Goth Court, whether or not they are a netgoth.
